Position: MahaVastu Trainer
Type: Full-time (On-site)
Location: Saket, New Delhi
Description:
Teachers and Trainers are welcome to join MahaVastu. As a MahaVastu Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to our participants, helping them to understand the course content, resolving queries and aiding in assignment completion. When not teaching, you will help refine, update, upgrade and edit MahaVastu courses content and provide learning support to to participants post course. You will also categorize participant queries and provide basic level support.
Responsibilities (Key Result Areas):
- Facilitate Course Participants in a professional & friendly way to understand key concepts & help them complete course assignments along with answering their queries within the curriculum of the Course.
- Categorise Participants Queries according to Course Topics and update course material accordingly to improvise better understanding in the next courses.
- Regularly reconcile with MahaVastu Advisory, MarComm Team & Business Development Team to give latest announcements & information of MahaVastuService & Products to inculcate in courses.
- For better understanding and practice of concepts, regularly posting Case Studies, polls, short assignments for participants to get feedback & help them to develop better grip on concepts.
- Provide participant support for enrollments, course related queries.
- Facilitate new Trainers & Advisors to understand Train the Trainer & Train the Advisor programmes.
- Ensure organized, accessible and quality delivery of all course materials including presentations and handouts.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ yrs of teaching experience in school or college.
- Applicable communication skills either in Hindi or English. Candidates with proficiency in Marathi, Gujarati or Kannada along with English or Hindi will be given preference.
- Interpersonal skills (patience & empathy) to deal with participants of varied backgrounds, mindsets and educational levels.
- Adequate skillset with internet surfing and Google functionality (Email, Drive, Docs, Sheets), etc.
- Comfortable in video conferencing and talking with people online.
- Candidates with MahaVastu Expert or Intuitive Acharya certifications (2020 batch onwards) will be given preference.
Salary Range:
For MEs: INR 35,000 – 45,000 per month
For Acharyas: INR 45,000 – 55,000 per month
