Refund Policy
1) Scope
This policy applies to purchases made on MahaVastu.com. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you reviewed and explicitly accepted the Terms & Conditions presented at checkout, including via a forced-scroll confirmation prior to payment.
2) Courses, Programs & Digital Services — No Refunds
All courses, workshops, online programs, memberships, consultations, downloadable content, and any digital or service offerings are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.
In rare exceptions, any accommodation (including partial credits, deferrals, or alternative access) is purely at Management’s sole discretion. Management’s decision will be final and binding.
3) Physical Products — Returns (Wrong Item Only)
For physical items, returns are accepted only if you received the wrong product.
Window: You must request a return within 7 days of delivery (and in any case not later than 14 days from the date of purchase).
Condition: Item must be unused, with tags intact, and in the original packaging.
Proof: Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

4) Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at [email protected] if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate and make it right.
5) Non-returnable / Non-exchangeable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
Courses, digital goods, consultations, and services (see Section 2)
Gift cards
Sale/clearance items
6) Exchanges (Physical Products)
If you received the wrong item and wish to exchange, first complete the return process above. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the correct item.
7) Refunds (Physical Products Only)
After we receive and inspect the approved return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank/issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

8) Chargebacks & Disputes
Because course and digital/service purchases are non-refundable, initiating a chargeback for such purchases may be treated as misuse of the payment process. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks and provide evidence of your checkout acceptance (including forced-scroll T&Cs confirmation).

We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your item Or 14 days from purchasing your item.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
