Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and software.
• Monitor website, server, hosting, network, and technical operations.
• Coordinate with developers, technical teams, and external service providers.
• Manage technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor system performance, security, backups, and updates.
• Manage user access, accounts, and IT-related requirements.
• Ensure websites and business applications remain secure and operational.
• Maintain documentation of IT systems and technical processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve IT processes and system performance.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members.
• Coordinate with management regarding IT requirements and projects.

Requirements

• Previous experience in IT management or a similar technical role.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems.
• Good understanding of websites, hosting, servers, and software applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple technical tasks and projects.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, backups, and system maintenance is preferred.
