By submitting the form, I hereby agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
- I confirm that all information I have provided is true, accurate, and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that any false or misleading information may result in disqualification.
- I understand that by posting my content on social media, I do so voluntarily and at my sole discretion, and I accept full responsibility for its public visibility and any outcomes or consequences arising from such posting.
- I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older. If under 18, I confirm I have obtained parental/guardian consent to participate.
- I understand that submitting this entry does not guarantee selection, prize, reward, or reposting by MahaVastu. Selection is subject to internal review and discretion of MahaVastu.
- I confirm that I own the rights to the submitted content and that it does not infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or consent of any third party. I agree to indemnify MahaVastu against any legal claims arising from my content.
- I grant MahaVastu a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to repost, share, react to, or comment on my submitted content across its official social media and digital platforms, with no obligation to do so.
- I grant MahaVastu the right to use my name, voice, image, and likeness as they appear in my content for marketing, testimonial, or promotional purposes, without additional compensation.
- I allow MahaVastu to edit, trim, subtitle, caption, translate and/or release my content, without altering its core message, for the purpose of reposting or marketing.
- I consent to MahaVastu collecting and using my personal data (email and phone number, including IP Addeess) for the purposes of this contest, future communication, and product/service promotions. MahaVastu will not sell or share my data with any third party, in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws and global privacy best practices.
- I understand that my data will be stored securely and used strictly in compliance with relevant laws and MahaVastu’s internal data protection policies.
- I authorize and consent MahaVastu and its authorized representatives to contact me through phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, email, FaceTime, or any other communication channel using the contact details provided by me in this form.
- I understand that participation is completely free and does not require any purchase or payment.
- I understand that participation in this contest does not create any employment, agency, or any other form of association with MahaVastu whatsoever.
- I accept that MahaVastu reserves the right to disqualify any entry at its sole discretion.
- MahaVastu reserves the right to amend, postpone, or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice and without liability.
- I agree that MahaVastu shall not be liable for any physical, emotional, reputational, or financial harm or injury arising from my creation, submission, or posting of content related to this contest.
- This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, YouTube, or any other platform used for participation. Any platform-specific liabilities or consequences are the sole responsibility of the participant.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree that MahaVastu disclaims all warranties and liabilities and shall not be responsible for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from participation in this contest.
- I agree that any disputes arising out of or in connection with this contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
